CardMyMoment lets you create digital keepsake cards from your photos, save them in your vault, share them, and (when available) order printed versions. The service is provided as-is while in early access, and features may change.
You keep ownership of your photos and the cards you make. By using the service you confirm you have the right to use the photos you upload, including permission from people who appear in them. You may not use the service to create content that is unlawful, infringing, or intended to deceive.
Premium unlocks are one-time purchases for a single event's card set. Founder pricing is locked to your account for as long as your account remains active. Printed cards, when offered, are physical goods; print pricing and shipping are shown at checkout. If a print arrives damaged or defective, contact us and we will reprint or refund it.
Do not abuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to spam. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CardMyMoment and Benjamin 23 Blue Enterprise LLC are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
